Junior winter tri programme 9-14 years
The aim of the winter block is simple - maintain, and improve swim technique, bike and run mechanics, while building an aerobic base, durability, all while keeping enjoyment and progression at the centre.
Programme Duration
Starting the first week of term 2, finishing at the end of term 3
Option 1 – Monday Swim Only (60 min)
1 coached session per week
4pm @ Parakiore
$60 every 4 weeks/$120 - 8 weeks/$180 - 12 weeks (approx. $15 per session)
Option 2 – Tuesday Indoor Bike+Run (60 min)
2 coached sessions per week
4pm @ Waltham Clubrooms
$100 every 4 weeks/$200 - 8 weeks/$300 - 12 weeks (approx. $12 per session)
Option 3 – Swim, Bike+Run + Social Bike (60 min)
2 coached sessions + Sunday ride
9am @ Bottle Lake
$240 per every 8 weeks (approx. $10 per session)
$120 every 4 weeks/$240 - 8 weeks/$360 - 12 weeks (approx. $10 per session)
This option offers the best value for athletes looking to build a full triathlon base over winter.

This is a recurring payment every 4 weeks covering the Mondays swim at Parakiore. It excludes pool admission (swimmers should get a concession card which is cheaper than paying each time)
