CLUB GROUP TRAINING
Welcome to our club group training sessions which are open to members of ALL abilities. It’s important that slower members are not put off!
These sessions are athlete/member led ie they are not coached sessions. At each session we will have mentors (experienced athletes) on hand to help split athletes based on ability/speed so everyone is in an appropriate group. The aim of the sessions is to get an awesome workouts done with other club members, share knowledge and get ready for any upcoming events. Mentors are there to offer guidance to other members.
Most sessions will have a route with a couple of distance options. If you want to do more do some km’s before the start time or tack on afterwards, if you want to do less just cut the route short.
Please encourage those that are not members of the club to sign up and join in with these group sessions at no cost (other than your membership fee)
IMPORTANT RE: START TIMES: the start times are when the groups roll out not the arrival time. Be on site ~5mins early 100% ready to go. the fastest group will go first with 1-2mins between each subsequent group.
