🚨 BIG NEWS – Weekend Group Sessions Are Here! 🚨
We’re excited to launch regular weekend endurance sessions:
Saturday: Endurance Run – 7:00am start
Sunday: Endurance Ride – 8:00am start
These are member-led sessions (not coached), designed to bring our club together for great workouts, knowledge-sharing, and event preparation.
At each session, mentors (experienced athletes) will be on hand to:
Split athletes into groups based on ability/speed so everyone feels comfortable.
Offer tips and guidance along the way.
Routes & Options
We’ve mixed up the locations to keep things fresh, with most venues offering multiple distance options. Want extra mileage? Add some before or after the main route. Need a shorter session? Simply turn back early.
Important – Start Times
The listed start time is the roll-out time, not the arrival time.
Please be onsite at least 5 minutes early, fully ready to go.
The fastest group will head out first, with 1–2 minutes between groups.

The Lake is available from 8-8:30am. This is a totally unsupervised swim.
Most athletes will then head out for a bike of the course and a run.
Please park on roadside and assemble in the shingle car park. We will go up to the swim start as one group as there are likely guests in the guest house so please stay off the deck.

The suggestion today is to repeat 10km “just riding” / 20km Half IM effort

7:50am meet in the carpark to sign in then on the beach at 8am ready to enter the water
~15mins of tri specific group swimming followed by a long lap
